SPR# PMOL5B8TX7 - Fixed a truncation problem when attempting to print or preview a calendar entry. Some of the information on the right side of the document may be truncated. Please note: this problem is fixed only when printing in an opened document in READ mode. It does not fix the problem when the document is in Edit mode or when printing from a view.
A workaround to this problem might be to print in Landscape orientation instead of Portrait, or to modify the table margin settings. See the Technote for more details.

Workarounds:
Use Landscape orientation instead of the default Portrait orientation when
printing the calendar.
Additionally, this issue can be worked around, for documents in Read mode, by
modifying the table margin settings in the form design as described below.
1. Edit "_Calendar Entry" form using the Designer client.
2. Scroll down to the "Categorize" section (right hand side, approximately 3/4
down the design). Right click on the bold dotted line that is in the table
beneath the "Categorize" table part. Change the cell width from 2.7" to 2.0"
3. Scroll up to "StartDate" field section of table (left hand side, near top,
in the When section).
4a. Right click on "Starts" text to left of "StartDate" field, bring up Table
properties, change the Table Width from "Fixed width" to "Fit with margins",
4b. Set Cell Width to 0.413" (should match the value you wrote down in step 4
above),
4c. Check the Fixed width checkbox
5a. Right click on "StartDate" field, bring up Table properties, set the Cell
Width to 1.35" (1.384" in Notes 7.0 - which will not match the original).
5b. Check the Fixed width checkbox
6a. Right click on "StartTime" field, bring up Table properties, set the Cell
Width to 0.95".
6b. Check the Fixed width checkbox
7. Right click on "dispDuration_1" field, bring up Table properties, click on
5th tab (Table margins), set Right Table margin to Absolute and 0.9". More >
